Privacy

This site is built to collect as little as it can, and on a page you only read that is nothing at all. It installs no analytics, no error monitoring, no advertising and no third-party tracker, and the company keeps nothing from a page you only read. The companies that deliver the pages keep the standard records the hosting section below describes.

It sets no cookies. Cloudflare, the network that delivers the site, may set short-lived cookies of its own to tell people from automated traffic, and those identify no one.

Because nothing here tracks you, a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing: every visitor is treated the same way, which is the way this page describes.

What reaches the company is what you choose to send it, and the next section says what that is, where it goes and how long it is kept.

The theme control in the header stores one value in your own browser, either dark or light, so that a page opens the way you left it. That value stays in the browser, it is never sent anywhere, and it is not a cookie.

If a part of a page fails to load because the site was updated while you were reading it, the browser reloads the page once and keeps the time of that reload in its own session storage, so that it does not reload again. That marker also stays in the browser, and it goes when the tab closes.

A message you send from the form on the home page carries the four things the form asks for and nothing else: your name, an address to reply to, the domain you work in, and the message. It goes to the company address, and Resend, the mail service that delivers it, carries it there. The company keeps a message for twelve months after the last message in the exchange, and then deletes it.

Resend keeps its copy of a message it carried for the period its plan sets. The company mailbox that receives it runs on Microsoft 365.

The company uses a message to answer you, and nothing else. It does not sell what you send, and it shares it with no one but the companies this page names that carry or store it. The company is in the United States, and what you send it is handled there.

The program that receives your message runs on Supabase, and it keeps a record of each request. That record holds an identifier for the request, the network address it came from, what was asked for, how long it took and the answer that was given, together with the address you supplied. Your network address and the email address you supplied are the two things in it that could identify you. Supabase keeps that record for up to ninety days, depending on the plan the company holds, and its own log of each call may hold a copy of what was sent for the same period.

So that the form cannot be flooded, the same program counts how often one network address has used it in the last hour. It keeps that count twice: a stored count, which is removed once its hour has passed, and one held in memory, which expires with the hour. Nothing you typed is kept with either.

If the site cannot carry a message at the moment you send it, it says so on the spot and gives you [email protected] to write to instead. Nothing is held back and sent later.

The site is set in three typefaces, and Google Fonts, Google's font service, serves them. Opening a page therefore makes a request to Google for them, and that request carries what any web request carries: your network address, the name and version of your browser, and the address of this site as the place the typeface is shown. Google says the service is built to limit what it collects, stores and uses, that it neither sets nor logs a cookie for that request, that it does not use the request to build a profile of you or to target advertising, and that it uses your network address to answer the request and for security.

Nothing else on any page is loaded from another company.

The pages are files built ahead of time. Hostinger, the web host, serves them, and Cloudflare, the network in front of the host, delivers each page to you and shields the host from abuse.

Both see what any web request carries: your network address, the name and version of your browser, the address you asked for, and the time. Each keeps a standard access log of those requests for its own period, and each says what it does with them in its own privacy policy, linked below.

The form does not pass through Cloudflare. What you send from it goes straight to the program on Supabase described above.

Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can ask what this site holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Write to [email protected] from the address you used, and the company answers from there within thirty days.

This site is not directed at children, and the company does not knowingly collect anything from one. If you believe a child has sent it something, write to the same address and it will be deleted.

The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed.

When what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, the date moves, and the change is announced on this page. The page at this address is always the current one.
